This just made my day. I know there will be purists out there who think that this is lame, or that these women shouldn’t be skateboarding. What I think of as pure in skateboarding is the simple joy of pushing down the street on a skateboard, or the way that time both speeds up and slows down while pumping the transition of a bowl or snake run. I’m pretty terrible at skateboarding these days, but it still gives me joy. These ladies are an inspiration that it’s never too late to step on a board. Do it!
